[City, Southeast Asia] – August 2025 – LTMC (Busbar Machinery Corporation) is pleased to announce the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of a second complete busbar processing line for a valued long-term partner in the Southeast Asian electrical manufacturing sector.

This latest project follows the exceptional performance of the client's first LTMC line. Based on the reliability and high precision experienced with their initial investment, the client chose to expand their production capacity in August 2025 by adding a second suite of advanced LTMC busbar machinery.

The newly installed line includes:

• HQ600-SP CNC Busbar Punching & Shearing Machine: Providing high-speed, automated cutting and multi-hole punching with zero waste technology.

• CNC Busbar Bending Machine: Specialized for high-accuracy flat bending, U-bending, and Vertical (Stand-up) bending for complex switchgear configurations.

Optimized for Copper Busbar Fabrication

The installation team focused on fine-tuning the equipment for high-conductivity copper busbar processing. With the integration of LTMC’s latest CNC software, the factory can now achieve tighter tolerances and smoother finishes, meeting the rigorous standards required for modern power distribution and control panel boards.

Our on-site engineers worked closely with the client's local production team to ensure a seamless "Plug-and-Play" transition. Comprehensive training was provided to ensure the operators could fully leverage the automated features of the HQ series, maximizing output from day one.
